Domains less than 60 days at their current host cannot be transferred to us. Domains less than 60 days with us cannot be transferred away. Domains within 45 days of their renewal date cannot be transferred to or away from us. Domain renewals are billed at 1 year intervals and are not refundable and are not partially refundable. Renewal dates are strict dates beyond our control. Any time left on a domain renewal SHOULD transfer to us with a domain transfer in. When a domain is transferred to us, registration is extended by 1 year past the original expiration date, provided the time comes to us with the domain. When a domain is transferred away from us, the current expiration date goes with the domain, and most other hosts add 1 year or more to the registration upon acquisition. We cannot cancel domains prior to their renewal date for re-registration elsewhere or at all. We can deactivate services associated with a domain at any time, such as website, email, marketing, etc. We do not auction or liquidate inactive domains. .com and .net gTLDs once expired are unavailable for registration for 35 days +/-, before released into the wild. Premium TLDs (such as .us .pro etc.) may be auctioned or held for resell after expiration by our domain broker, and is beyond our control. If a domain contact is updated, that locks that domain to that host for 60 days, which can pass beyond current registration or fall into the less than 45 days to expiration lock. The domain contact is responsible for expediently acting on emails (1 to 7+) related to domain transfers, failure to do so will incur additional fees. We do not charge for domain transfers away that occur without technical support. Technical support during a transfer away is billed per hour. Basic transfer-in support is included in billing, however special circumstances requiring maximum effort are billed per hour. Once a domain has expired, there is no guarantee that we can get it back, at any cost. We can run all services, except for email, on external domains – provided the owner is coachable and has access to edit dns records. Due to the specific nature of our email system, we must control domains that we provide email for. Email migrations-in must be completed before domain transfer-in is initiated, imap access. Email migrations-out must be completed before domain transfer-out is initiated, imap access. Customer is responsible for email migrations, if we must do email migration in or out, it is billed per case – estimates can be given but they are not hard quotes. Privacy accounts must be removed prior to domain transfers-in. After a transfer-out, customer must verify that domain contact information is updated to them. After a transfer-in, customer must verify that any associated billing at prior host is cancelled.
